1. Using Kiinora
By accessing or using Kiinora, you agree to these Terms. If you use Kiinora for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
2. What Kiinora provides
Kiinora provides software for service businesses, including booking, scheduling, customer management, staff and operational workflows, communications, business information, reporting, payment-related workflows, and AI-assisted features.
Kiinora is a technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kiinora is not the provider of the services booked by a customer and is not a party to the appointment, treatment, class, service, or other transaction between a business and its customer.
3. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and devices secure.
- You must not share access in a way that defeats Kiinora's role or permission controls.
- Business owners and administrators are responsible for deciding which team members can access their workspace and what permissions those users receive.
- You must promptly notify Kiinora if you believe an account has been compromised or used without authorization.
If you use Sign in with Google, your use of your Google Account is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies. Google authentication is a convenience for accessing Kiinora and does not make Google responsible for Kiinora.
4. Business responsibilities
Businesses using Kiinora are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, services, pricing, availability, staff details, booking rules, cancellation terms, forms, policies, and customer communications they configure or publish through Kiinora.
Businesses are also responsible for complying with laws and professional obligations that apply to their own services, including any requirements relating to consumer protection, taxes, accessibility, health or professional licensing, employment, record keeping, privacy, and marketing communications.
5. Customer and booking information
Businesses may use Kiinora to collect and manage information about their customers. Each business is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, notice, or consent for the information it asks customers to provide and for using that information only for legitimate purposes.
Kiinora may process this information on behalf of a business to provide the requested features. Additional privacy information is available in the Kiinora Privacy Policy.
6. AI-assisted features
Kiinora may provide AI-assisted features for tasks such as customer communication, booking assistance, information retrieval, operational guidance, or workflow support. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
Businesses remain responsible for the services they provide, the policies and information they publish, and decisions that require professional judgment. Kiinora may use safeguards, structured business data, and confirmation steps to reduce errors, but no automated system is error-free.
7. Fees, subscriptions, and payments
Some Kiinora features may require a paid subscription, usage-based charge, transaction fee, or other payment. Prices, billing intervals, included features, trial terms, and taxes will be shown at or before purchase where applicable.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their additional terms. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific offer, changes to pricing or plan features apply prospectively.
8. Third-party services
Kiinora may integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, payment processors, communications providers, analytics tools, hosting services, or other business software. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside Kiinora's control, although we may choose providers and integrations designed to support the security and reliability of the service.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use Kiinora to:
- break applicable law or violate another person's rights;
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications;
- upload malware, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security controls;
- access data, accounts, systems, or workspaces without authorization;
- reverse engineer or misuse Kiinora except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- resell, copy, or commercially exploit Kiinora in a way not authorized by us; or
- use the service in a way that materially harms Kiinora, its infrastructure, other users, or third parties.
10. Your content and Kiinora's rights
You retain ownership of content and business information you submit to Kiinora. You grant Kiinora the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Kiinora and its licensors retain all rights in the Kiinora service, software, designs, branding, documentation, and other materials that are not owned by users or third parties.
11. Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, add, limit, or discontinue features over time. We aim to operate Kiinora reliably, but the service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, third-party outages, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may provide beta, preview, or experimental features. Those features may change more frequently, may be less reliable, and may be subject to additional notices or conditions.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Kiinora at any time, subject to any active subscription or contractual commitments. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, security risk, abuse, material breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens Kiinora or other users.
Following termination, access to some data may end. Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Kiinora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business, workflow, legal requirement, or professional use case.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kiinora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Kiinora evolves or legal and operational requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the support contact available in Kiinora. For privacy or Google user-data questions, please also review the Privacy Policy.
